Document delivery customers please read the instructions and information found on the Document Delivery request page.

1. First check to see if OHSU owns the item:
   • OGI Library Catalog

2. For books, journals, and reports OHSU does not own and which are not available through SUMMIT:
   • Use ILL Express

3. Costs for OGI students, faculty, and staff:
   • The OGI Library will pay up to $12/item.
   • Any ILL request which costs more than $12 will be returned to the requestor who can then decide to pay for that item or cancel the request.

4. Costs for the public
   • Cost:
     • $12.00 per item
     • PLUS fees incurred
     • PLUS Copyright compliance charges
